I've always been obsessed with tech. I taught myself to code years ago and still love getting stuck into a project, whether that's building web tools with React and Tailwind CSS or building desktop apps using Electron. I'm also big on AI—it's here to stay, so I've built custom internal apps using the Gemini API to speed up repetitive tasks and free up time across the business. When I'm in the middle of a project, I usually end up working late simply because I love seeing the end result work.

At Epic Militaria, I own projects end-to-end. Depending on the scale, I'm either managing external agencies on heavy infrastructure projects like our current Magento 2 revamp, or working solo to launch custom builds. For SurplusQM, we took over forcesuniformandkit.com and I handled the entire revamp myself—from data migration and clean-up to the rebrand, full setup, and building a companion Flutter app on Shopify Headless.

On the operational side, I moved us away from paper workflows and legacy Linnworks Desktop over to Linnworks.net and a fully digital warehouse. That cut down fulfillment errors and freed up 70 hours a week in efficiency. I also handle eDesk, our marketplace integrations, and the technical setup for cross-border shipping and international tax compliance.

I inherited a business that historically never had to worry about SEO, so I'm currently steering our organic strategy into the modern age—all while managing our core team and day-to-day HR.
